Real Estate Associate 3+PQE: Bristol

Our client, an organisation specialising in real estate law, is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least three years of experience in the field. As a Real Estate Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of exceptional Partners, providing advice and support across a broad range of transactional and advisory real estate services, with a particular focus on the commercial real estate sector.

The organisation's client base includes institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers, and high net worth individuals. Additionally, our client is a national leader in wind farm and nuclear energy work.

As a Real Estate Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the firm culture by providing exceptional service and participating in cultural initiatives
Delivering results by achieving personal goals, aligning efforts with firm objectives, and managing matters effectively
Fostering team development and becoming an expert in your area of practise
Understanding client needs, leading customer relationship management efforts, and actively participating in business development opportunitiesTo be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively manage a varied workload, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. Experience in leading others to develop their skills and knowledge is highly desirable. It is essential to be a registered lawyer with either the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Law Society of Scotland.
