Job Description:

We are looking for a College Support Assistant to provide essential support to students, staff, and faculty. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, student services, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist students with queries related to college services and resources.

* Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.

* Support faculty and staff with classroom or event preparation.

* Maintain and update student records in accordance with college policies.

* Offer basic IT and library assistance when needed.

* Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for students.

Requirements:

* A relevant qualification in administration, education, or a related field (preferred).

* Experience in a similar role within an educational setting (desirable).

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of college administrative systems or student services.

* Experience working with diverse student populations.

* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
