Job Title: Relationship Manager
Salary: £32,500 - £36,000 p.a.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Hybrid working considered

About the Role: We are seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee assigned client accounts and supplier relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of services and strategic objectives. This role is focused on maintaining high client retention, managing supply chain governance, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Act as the primary account manager, ensuring strategic goals are met, services exceed expectations, and client relationships are strengthened.
Supplier Management: Govern relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards while reducing costs.
Business Development: Generate new client and supplier opportunities to drive growth. Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events as required.
Operational Support: Liaise with the operations team to ensure high service levels, assist with RFI/RFP documents, and contribute to ESG initiatives. General Duties:

Provide escalation support for client/supplier issues.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain business management systems and ensure compliance with policies. Company Values:

GCSE English & Maths
Proven commercial and relationship management skills
Experience in sales, negotiation, and managing contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Desirable:

A-levels or degree
