The Role:
Best In Class is seeking a dedicated General Cover Teacher to provide high-quality classroom support across different subjects and age groups in schools within Leeds. This position will run from 6th January 2025 through to the end of the academic year.

As a General Cover Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging lessons in line with pre-set plans across a range of subjects.

* Adapt to various classroom settings, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain focused and motivated.

* Support students’ learning by addressing individual needs and encouraging progress.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.

* Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapt to different schools and subjects.

* Strong communication and classroom management skills.

* A commitment to maintaining high standards of education and safeguarding.
