Job Title: Project Manager

Our client is a multi-disciplined design-led market leader within the large format print, signage and graphics industries. They are looking to add an experienced project manager to their London office, which currently consists of 3 other PMs. Assisting with overall project management responsibility. Pricing tenders and projects using in-house systems, specify items for ordering, co-ordinate installations, carrying out site surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meticulous attention for detail, especially during site surveys.

* Ensure that all work is completed to client guidelines.

* The ability to work on multiple projects, big and small, simultaneously and good time management.

* Schedule jobs through the business to ensure full delivery to set schedules.

* Read building plans to translate into quotations.

* Liaise internally with design, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets

* To source/order any additional non-standard items required

* Ensure clarity system is always up to date with any changes that are required. Input quotations into clarity for the relevant Account Director to cost.

Other Responsibilities:

* Pass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business.

* Assist projects through the business

* To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients of the company.

* To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.

Required

* Highly organized and can work well under pressure.

* Good communication skills both written and verbal.

* Industry knowledge from one of the following, Interior Finishes/Construction/Signs and Graphics

* Ability to work as a team.

* Basic knowledge of Excel.
