Job: Contract Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Rate: £250 p/d Umbrella or £190.58 p/d PAYE

If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity with guaranteed minimal travel time, the option to work flexi hours, then this could be just the ticket for you. This is expected to be an ongoing contract with 6 months plus longevity. The contract will likely be extended on rolling 3 month basis.

The position

This position will require a surveyor to carry out housing surveys exclusively across the town of Mansfield.

These will be management surveys with R&D elements to a mixture of Commercial premises, public spaces such as swimming pools etc and residential type properties. You will also survey communal areas, re-inspections and external elements to the property.

Qualifications

You will need to have a P402 or RSPH, as well as experience in this type of work. Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor is also essential.

It is essential that you have your own transportation, surveys toolkit, as well as half-mask, recent face-fit test and asbestos awareness certification.
