A leading regeneration contractor are looking to appoint a Senior Architect into the business due to business growth and future progression plans. The company have prided themselves on creating a working environment where staff can enjoy and continue to excel with their career. 

They work across the UK, on leading regeneration and sustainability projects with an excellent client base that continues to expand. Initially you will be working on Education and Commercial projects, both new build and refurbishments. 

This would be a great career opportunity for an Architect who can lead projects through all RIBA stages and looking to move contractor side. 

You will oversee all projects from initial concept through to completion whilst leading the in-house Architecture team. All candidates must be arb registered with strong UK experience. 

The starting salary will pay up to £55,000 plus 24 days holiday, bonus, life insurance, perk schemes, cycle to work and more.
