Sphere Solutions are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join a prestigious £120 million commercial build project at Exeter University. This long-term opportunity is with a Tier 1 contractor and will primarily focus on quality assurance, as-builts, and surveying checks on subcontractors’ work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed as-built surveys and ensure work meets design specifications.

*

Perform regular quality assurance checks across the site.

*

Liaise with subcontractors, offering guidance and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

*

Carry out site surveys and report findings to the management team.

*

Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

*

Support the project team with engineering expertise and technical problem-solving.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer on large RC frame and commercial build projects.

*

Strong background in quality assurance and surveying.

*

CSCS Card – essential.

*

Own surveying kit and laptop is preferred but not essential.

*

Excellent understanding of construction methods, standards, and regulations.

*

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
