We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team, specialising in the build, testing, and inspection of high-quality products. This role involves hands-on support across multiple phases of the manufacturing process, from assembly and bonding to finishing and quality inspection. The successful candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards, focusing on quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly and Finishing of Moulded Parts & Mould Preparation and Production
Aid in the manufacturing of sub-assemblies as required, adhering to specific build instructions and time lines
Assist in cutting/grinding and flow coating of company products.Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a similar production or engineering environment 
Practical experience with hand and power tools in a workshop setting is essential.
Good communication and attention to detail will be required for this role
