Quantity Surveyor - Specalist Interiors Contractor - High Wycombe

My client are a internation brand in the glass partitioning systems sector. They design, manage, and install large projects across the globe from beautifully designed glass partitions and doors. They are mainly dedicated to commercial workspaces and have worked on some of the world's most iconic buildings.

They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their major works division, here you will develop your skills as a surveyor, hopefully working your way up to a more senior position within the company, in years to come!

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring project costings are met.

* Ensuring compliance with the project requirements.

* Agreeing variations.

* Processes claims and payments.

* Producing and managing costing reports.

* Considering the Environmental Assessment Methods requirements when choosing suppliers and agreeing products/materials costs.

* Communicating with the Environmental & Sustainability Lead whether a project targets one or more of the following Standards: BREEAM, LEED, SKA and WELL.

* Proving upon request estimated products costs.

Requirements:

* Must live within one hour commuting distance from High Wycombe.

* Position will require to be permanently based at High Wycombe, traveling to sites weekly located in Oxford, Cambridge, and London as and when required.

* Have at least 3 years’ experience working in the relevant discipline of Quantity Surveying within the construction industry at intermediate level.

* Have a construction related qualification at T Levels, BTECs, Degree or higher.

Salary:

* Salary ranging from £50 - £60k (DOE)

* Car allowence
