£235 per day umbrella (cis if UTR number provided)

Requirements

City & Guilds NVQ level 3
City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience within Social Housing is ESSEBTIAL
Experience delivering high levels of customer service
clean DBS
Responsibilities 
The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installations, reactive and repair works within residential communal areas

Complete boiler and heating control installations
Installation of electrical Heating equipment
Fault find and repair faults found on electrical circuits and equipment
Working in resident’s homes and communal areas
Basic Electrical Testing knowledge i.e. complete Minor works Certification
Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practices within the electrical industry
Complete follow-on remedial works, where required
