We are looking for a motivated and experience Operations Manager to join a market leading company within the heavy industry in the UK. You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. The position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

Management covering the full production
Planning & organising full operations
Risk assessments and H&S inspections
PPM scheduling & implementation
Ensuring and driving continuous improvement across the plant
Overseeing all permanent staff and contractors
Focusing massively on reducing energy consumption across the plant
Admin work, writing reports and updating records to procurement and budget controlSkills and Qualifications

QCF Level 6 or NVQ LV 4/5 - HSE
HSE management experience
Heavy plant experience
Quarrying experience
Operations level management experience
Crushing & screening experience
