Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £24,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

They have a number of offices across the UK and have exciting plans for their continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Architectural technologist to become an integral member of a highly reputable, well established and successful practice in Newcastle.

The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will be a confident user of Revit with strong technical abilities and driven to continue progression and work on a mix of projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

CIAT member
Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
Ideally a year or two experience post qualification in a UK practice
Strong technical abilities
Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Strong portfolio
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proactive and positive approach to self-development
Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
Ideally knowledge of designing for leisure residential or commercial projects
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ideally you will live locally to the Newcastle area
