Key Responsibilities:

·Lead mechanical services design for a variety of projects

·Conduct surveys and oversee project profitability and service quality

·Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects with electrical and BREEAM integration

What They're Looking For:

·Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, thermal modeling, and industry standards (Part L, SBEM, SAP)

·Familiarity with electrical services, BREEAM, and M&E sustainability solutions

·CEng/CIBSE accreditation and BIM experience (preferred but not required)

·Exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen
