Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team and drive their marketing strategy in alignment with their sales and business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new business pitches, overseeing internal communications, and managing key marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy and budget
Lead and motivate a small marketing team
Support sales growth through targeted marketing activities
Manage digital marketing including SEO, paid search, and social media
Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce) and prospecting activity
Coordinate PR and communications, including press releases and testimonials
Organise industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders
Support major business tenders and cross-selling initiatives

Your Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B preferred)
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of IT literacy (Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media
