Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Liverpool. We are looking for an individual who can support students in achieving their best, both academically and personally.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Assisting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Helping to create a positive learning environment
Providing support to students with diverse needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience
Have experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
Be patient, supportive, and motivated
Show a commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children
Be adaptable, flexible, and ready to engage in the dynamic school environment
