We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a top-tier main contractor working on the Thames Water Framework. This role involves overseeing Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery from design to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee multiple projects, working closely with design, commercial, and operational teams

* Ensure health, safety, and compliance across all projects

* Review and approve contract documents, including CMPs, RAMS, and Temporary Works

* Manage project controls, planning, and change control processes

What You Need:

* Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects in the Water/Utilities sector (ideally with a tier one contractor)

* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts

* SMSTS qualification

* Full UK driving licence
