We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Facilities Assistant based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Assistant

Look after the Northampton offices/site supporting the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager.
Take part in health and safety checks and inspections including fire safety checks.
Purchase inventory stock and office furniture.
Meet regulatory and legislative requirements.
Look after and maintain indoor plants as well as general garden maintenance.
Set up meeting rooms/seminars.
Cover reception duties.
Requirements for a successful Facilities Assistant

Experience within a similar role previously.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
