We are looking for a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with a current UK legal practicing certificate. You should have at least 1 year of PQE in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and a strong knowledge of data protection laws.

The Aim. To protect our interests and guide us through the complexities of corporate law.

The details

You'll be reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial agreements, making sure they align with our business needs and legal requirements. You'll assist in contract negotiations, providing clear and pragmatic legal advice, anticipate and mitigate legal risks, ensure contracts are documented and maintained properly, and offer support to resolve any contract performance issues

That’s not all…

Your responsibilities will also include managing and enforcing our intellectual property rights, liaising with external advisors, and maintaining our intellectual property portfolio. You'll handle GDPR enquiries, and data breaches, and provide essential marketing advice related to data rights, ensuring our compliance with data protection laws.
