Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency? We're looking for a proactive Interim Retrofit Project Manager to join our team within a leading public sector organisation in South West London. This role requires you to be on-site in the Borough two days a week, driving forward vital retrofit projects.
Role Overview: You will take charge of managing retrofit projects aimed at improving energy efficiency in housing. Your expertise will be key in delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions that make a real difference to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all phases of retrofit projects.
* Perform feasibility studies and develop comprehensive project plans.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.
* Provide technical advice on energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
* Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
About You:
* Proven experience in project management, particularly in retrofit or energy efficiency projects.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and sustainability measures.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
* Relevant professional qualifications in project management or a related field.
