First People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company in Aberdeen. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join a busy team, working on a variety of civil engineering projects across the Aberdeen region.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out and surveying work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Liaising with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to on-site.
Providing Technical advice as required
Quality Assurance, maintaining accurate records, and providing updates to senior management.
What We're Looking For:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the civil engineering or construction sector.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency with surveying equipment and software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
