The Role

The successful Social Media and Content Executive will play a key role in developing and managing the company’s social channels, creating captivating content, and enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and websites.

* Use social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) to schedule and monitor content.

* Create video-based content and graphics using tools like Canva, InDesign, and Figma.

* Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for multiple platforms.

* Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead-generating marketing strategies.

* Build relationships with influencers and content creators to increase engagement.

* Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

* Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional items.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

* Strong written communication skills with a flair for SEO-optimised copy.

* Competent in design tools such as Canva, InDesign, and Figma.

* Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.

* Creative thinker with a passion for writing and digital marketing.

* Up-to-date with social media, SEO, and internet marketing trends.

* Event planning experience.

* Knowledge of the construction industry.
