Scheduler / Co-ordinator | Maintenance / FM industry | £27K - £35K dependant on experience | Full time, office based role in Sutton.
Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Scheduler / Co-ordinator to manage the work load of 45 different trade professionals across the South of the UK. You will be responsible for allocating works to each engineer and scheduling / coordinating their work loads.
The business has been growth from strength to strength and you will have a supportive team around you, working directly with the Operations Manager and Technical Manager while booking / coordinating engineers works / diaries.
Package: What is in it for you?
* Attractive basic salary: £27,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
* Ability to increase earnings by opting into out of hours schedule: predicted earnings: £4,800 - £9,200 per annum.

* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm (office based).

Training:
You will receive on the job training and the business will be happy to provide any courses necessary with the role, you will need to learn:
* How to use the company CAFM system.
* Prioritise work loads.
* The skillset / capabilities of the engineers individually
* Locations of the engineers individually
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar position.
* Knowledge of property services / maintenance would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Able to work full time, based in Sutton.
* Experience using a CAFM system would be an advantage.
* Decent IT/computer skills with a variety of different programs / applications, ie: word, excel etc.
