Great opportunity to work for a market leading accountancy practice based in Gloucester. Our client's office offers a relaxed environment where the whole team works together on expanding and developing all new and existing client relationships.
Being able to deliver a great customer service and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team is essential. You also need to be within a commutable distance of the office.
In your role you will be:

Ensuring that statutory deadlines are met
Processing invoices
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Completing more complex accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
Bank reconciliation
VAT and tax returns
Ad-hoc duties required.To be successful for the role you will ideally come from a practice background. You will thrive when working towards deadlines. Be happy to work as part of a team or on your own. Have a hands-on knowledge on software systems such as QuickBooks and Xero. Have competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
