Accounts Assistant – Leamington Spa – £28k + Excellent Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with two days in the Leamington Spa office and three days working from home. Offering a salary of £28,000 plus excellent benefits, this role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting within a supportive team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with month-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in key balance sheet categories.

Support the team in preparing statutory accounts and financial reports.

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.

Help ensure VAT and tax compliance for UK and Ireland entities.

Assist in providing necessary information for external audits and tax computations.

What Experience is Required

1-2 years of experience in a finance environment, either in industry or practice.

Studying towards AAT or early-stage ACCA qualification.

Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

Salary of £28,000 per annum.

Hybrid working model – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
