Your Role:

* Business Development – Build client relationships & secure new business

* Candidate Sourcing – Headhunt, screen & place top talent

* End-to-End Recruitment – Manage interviews, offers & negotiations

* Sales & Targets – Achieve KPIs & drive revenue
