Job Title: Support Worker

Pay rate: £12.58 p/h

Job Type: Part-time

Shift and Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays – Flexibility Available

Priority Healthcare are looking for a Support Worker who has experience with complex care like brain injuries, for a role we have in the Bradford area.

Client and Role:

Client has an acquired brain injury and can be very complex - No personal care required.
Companionship role.
Individual loves going out on walks and into the community.
Part of the role will be to take the individual to appointments.
Ongoing 1-1 role.
The client likes horse riding and exercising. 
Successful Applicant:

Must hold a full and valid UK driving license.
Have a minimum of 12 months care experience within the UK.
