Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

* Monitor project costs and manage financial reporting.

* Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project success.

* Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Running projects up to c. £5m.
