Start Date: September 2025 (with potential handover in July 2025)
Contract: Fixed Term (until July 2026)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to cover a maternity leave, starting in September 2025. The role will involve taking full responsibility for the class, including planning, assessment, and getting involved in the vibrant life of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 5 class, ensuring each child's progress and development.
Planning and implementing engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' progress.
Contributing to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall development of the school.The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experienced teachers are welcome to apply, but we also encourage applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The school is happy to support with ECT induction.
Passionate about teaching and committed to providing a nurturing learning environment.
Able to demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
