We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric ADHD Assessor Clinician to join a committed team on a freelance locum basis. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments for children with ADHD and providing feedback and prescribing when necessary. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Performing detailed assessments to diagnose ADHD in children, utilising standardised tools and methodologies.

* Delivering clear and concise feedback to families and caregivers following assessments, including discussing results and potential next steps.

* Maintaining accurate and timely records of assessments, feedback sessions, and titration plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

* Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including paediatricians, psychologists, and educational specialists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.

* Offering guidance and support to parents and caregivers on managing ADHD at home and in school settings.

* Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in ADHD assessment and treatment to ensure the highest quality of care.

* Providing additional support and tailored care plans for complex cases requiring more intensive intervention.

* Conducting regular review sessions with patients and families to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

* Addressing any urgent concerns or crises that arise with empathy and professionalism, providing or facilitating immediate support as needed.

Requirements:

* Registered healthcare professional (e.g., Nurse, Psychologist, Psychiatrist).

* Experience in paediatric ADHD assessment.

* V300 (Non-Medical Prescribing) certification is preferred for prescribing tasks.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.

* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.

Payment:

* Monthly Pay: Based on the number of assessments completed per day.

* Assessment: £145 per assessment.

* Feedback: £15 per feedback session.

* Titration (prescribing): £50 per session for those with V300 certification.

* Potential earnings: £160 - £210 per assessment, £260 if complete prescribing and have V300.
