College SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

Position: FULL-TIME College SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: North Birmingham, Kingstanding

Requirements of a College SEN Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
Ability to provide effective support in classroom activities and personalized learning programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of a College SEN Teaching Assistant:

Assist in delivering tailored learning plans for students with SEND.
Provide one-on-one support to students as required.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to foster an inclusive learning environment.
