✔ Working alongside top 5 or 6 CFOs to mentor and evaluate talent.
✔ Building strong client and candidate relationships in a niche market.

? What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in senior finance recruitment OR a background as a CFO/FD with a passion for talent acquisition.
✅ Strong commercial awareness and understanding of finance leadership roles.
✅ Ability to assess both technical skills and emotive drivers in candidates.
✅ A consultative, relationship-driven approach.
✅ Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to be part of a market-disrupting recruitment movement.
