The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects from inception to completion. You’ll work alongside industry experts, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

? Cost Planning & Estimation – Develop accurate and detailed project cost plans.
? Contract Administration & Procurement – Oversee contractual and procurement processes.
? Project Management – Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
? Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
✔ Minimum of 3 years’ PQS experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
✔ Proven ability to manage projects across the full construction lifecycle.
✔ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
