Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Manager to join a prestigious facility in Telford. This is a single-site role where you will take full responsibility for managing both hard and soft services across the site, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee hard services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

* Manage soft services such as cleaning, security, and waste management.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Lead and manage a team of on-site facilities professionals.

* Coordinate and manage external contractors when required.

* Drive cost efficiencies without compromising on service quality.

* Provide regular reports on building performance and maintenance schedules.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience in hard services management is a must.

* Strong understanding of building services and facilities management.

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage both planned and reactive maintenance.

* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
