Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Responsibilities:

* Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and introducers over the phone and via email correspondence.

* Managing a case load of new business applications through to completion.

* Chasing clients and lenders for key documentation and information.

* Uploading and processing applications onto the lender portals.

* Updating accurately the CRM system.

* Adhering to FCA compliance and regulations.

* Building strong client relationships with clients and lenders.

* Ensuring loan applications are processes effectively and within the agreed deadlines.

* Keeping clients up to date with the progress of their application.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

* Great communication and organisation skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.

* Proven administration background ideally within mortgages or within a FCA regulated environment.

* Strong IT skills

* CeMAP qualified or equivalent or happy to start taking the qualifications.

* Personable, team player with a “can do” attitude.

* Dedication to providing outstanding service and support to clients.

* Ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.

* Great attention to detail.

* Experience in property preferred but not essential
