Registered Home Manager (Residential Care)
Salary: £52,000

As the Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring it operates to the highest standards. What we're looking for
Level 5 Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management)

Proven experience as a care home manager, with a track record of delivering high-quality care.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and support staff at all levels.

Excellent understanding of dementia care and the needs of older adults.

Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the home delivers exceptional residential and dementia care that meets regulatory standards and exceeds residents' expectations.

Lead, motivate, and inspire the care team, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.

Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including compliance with CQC regulations and health and safety standards.

Manage budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining the quality of care and services.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the home.

Monitor staff performance, offering guidance and support to encourage professional development and career progression.
