IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Support Engineer (2nd & 3rd Line)
As a Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

You will have:
* Soid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an MSP environment (Essential)
* Experience in working to SLA’s .
* Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
* 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
* Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc.)
* Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)
Technical Skills Required:
* Office 365 / O365
* Citrix and Hyper-V
* Handheld device support
* Windows Server
* Active Directory / AD
* MS Exchange
* Firewalls
* Network Support
