Teaching Assistant - Key Information

* Location: Ealing

* Pay: £95 - £110 per day

* Start Date: Immediate start

* End Date: July 2025

* Team: Supportive and collaborative staff with excellent leadership

Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:

* Assisting the reception class with learning and development

* Leading phonics sessions to help build strong early reading skills

* Supporting the class teacher with lessons and activities

* Creating an engaging and inclusive learning space

* Working closely with staff to promote the best outcomes for pupils

Teaching Assistant - What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in an early years setting

* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and phonics teaching

* A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* A genuine passion for supporting early childhood education
