Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established Residential Developer who are seeking a Technical Manager to focus on the pre-acquisition stage. Developments tend to be from 50-100 units, throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey, and Hertfordshire regions.

As the Technical Manager you will work closely with the Land, Planning and Buying teams, making recommendations on prospective sites. This will include leading:

* Due Diligence Reports

* Land Investigations

* Land Reports

* Risk Assessments

* Creation of Technical Packs

This is a hands on role and you will travel to multiple sites.

Your background will need to include a track record of working within the pre-acquisition stage, where you have led the due diligence on sites and made recommendations for the buying team.

If you are a Technical Manager with this experience, or come from another role but have relevant experience, and are keen to work for a progressive company, this opportunity will be of great interest.
