We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various schools, students, and subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons by the KS4 curriculum
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere and maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
Continuously engage in professional development to stay up to date with educational trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 3 & 4.
Strong knowledge of the KS4 curriculum and assessment procedures.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
