SITE MANAGER  WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN WOLVERHAMPTON

Job Title: Site manager

Location: Wolverhampton

Length of contract: 2 months  

Hourly Rate: £24.23 - £32 Per Hour.

Overview of Site manager role:

We are seeking an experience site manager to join our team in Construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in internal refurbishments to oversee K&B scheme works.

Responsibilities for Site manager role:

We require a Site Manager for our K&B scheme, they will need a strong background Kitchen and Bathroom works, but could be asked to cover other works i.e., Flat or Pitched roofing works etc. Overseeing all paperwork, compliance and health and safety, and driving the programmes to ensure all works are being completed on time and to the correct quality.

Requirements for Site manager role:

require SMSTS, CSCS Card (supervisor / manager), Asbestos awareness, and first aid at work.
