Our client is a leading compressed air provider in South Wales, being a distributor for a range of global air compressor manufacturers. They offer a comprehensive full sale, service and installation package together with a full range of Pneumatic accessories. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the south Wales region.
Key responsibilities:
* Covering the South Wales region, you will be responsible for developing and expanding their customer base – you can work from home.
* Increase sales within the region
* Proactively develop the sales function at all levels.
* Visit customers to introduce their product range and provide training sessions where necessary.
* Support company promotions such as advertising, brochures, videos, and trade shows.
The Candidate:
* You will have technical B2B field sales experience ideally within the compressors or pneumatics industry, but this is not essential
* You must live in the South Wales region and have experience of developing business within this area.
* Ability to develop new business and open new markets.
* Energy, drive, and determination to grow business.
* Strong interpersonal skills, solid sales ability, and excellent communication skills
