Voids Co-ordinator
Permanent – Full Time - £27,117
Seeking a meticulous Voids Coordinator to join our team. Responsible for overseeing all voids within the team, this role ensures efficient completion of necessary works to bring properties back to a lettable standard. Key duties include raising void-related work orders, managing certifications, maintaining live records, and liaising with internal teams and external contractors.

About the role
Working as part of a dedicated and committed team you will…
Responsibility for raising all void works orders including any testing required both in-house and external contractors. Keeping a log of all void certification, progress and timescales and collating such information for handover as required.
To purchase materials as required by the voids team including PPE
Review all invoices, ensuring receipts, purchase records and coding is accurate, up to date and completed in a timely manner.
To ensure that all works are undertaken in accordance within Hightown’s Health and Safety policies and procedures and in line with relevant legislation and best practice
Who we are looking for
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate…
Experience with a maintenance team or building environment
Experience of Co-ordinating multi-trade / maintenance operatives or contractors
Ability to work independently
IT Skills – ability to use Word, Excel and database packages
