We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Recruiter/Manager for a very successful and established office in the Darlington area. You will have a strong background within recruitment and be looking for a new opportunity.

The client in return offers and outstanding package of benefits and the ability to join a forward thinking recruitment organisation that has some ambitious plans ahead. The role includes managing and mentoring existing staff. Setting realistic goals, being hands on, filling both temp and permanent roles where applicable. You will have a budget to work to and to nurture new business opportunities.

The client offers a salary of between £30000 - £40000pa. A host of benefits including a generous commission structure, health care including dental and optical a Dr Assist scheme, Death in Service and a host of other benefits subject to successful completion of the probation.
