Salary: Competitive basic + OTE £110,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager, General Manager, or Dealer Principal looking to lead a high-performing team within a prestigious luxury automotive brand? This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a state-of-the-art Aftersales Department and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As Aftersales Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals, supported by a highly skilled management team. Reporting directly to the Centre Principal, you will play a key role in driving customer loyalty, aftersales performance, and profitability while ensuring the highest levels of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the aftersales team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets

* Develop and implement strategic service plans to enhance customer experience and business success

* Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives

* Manage the aftersales budget, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability

* Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that reflects the values of a world-class luxury brand

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager, General Manager, or Dealer Principal in the automotive industry

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing large-scale operations

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives

* Excellent understanding of service operations, budgeting, and performance management

* A valid UK driving license
