Business Development Manager

OA are seeking a Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our client's thriving team.

This role is focusing on proactively generating and securing New Business relationships, within an employer who has a fantastic reputation in their field. 

Location: Moorgate

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm. Friday 9am-4pm. Mondays working from home.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + commission. OTE £60,000.

Business Development Manager  - Key Responsibilities:

Secure new client relationships using methods including Telephone calls and client meetings (virtual and face to face)
Increase company revenue
Maintain regular communication with new clients
Attending industry events
Understand the portfolio of products and solutions to a high level of detail
Identify and promote cross selling opportunities across the group
Business Development Manager - Skills and Experience:

Previous Sales experience
High level of confidence
Fantastic telephone manner and interpersonal skills
High levels of communication
Proactive and resilient approach
