Field Maintenance Engineer – Packaging Machinery
Location: Northwest based covering clients across the UK
Salary: up to £40k starting salary plus overtime (optional)

Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a diverse range of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Customer Training: Provide hands-on training to clients, empowering them to operate and maintain their equipment effectively.
Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly, minimising downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Experience required:
* Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients clearly and concisely.
