Key Person – Construction Site (Long-Term, Ongoing Position)

Location: Brent Cross
Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immidiate

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Key Person to join our team on a long-term, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a stable career in the construction industry with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

* Opening and securing the site each day

* Monitoring site access and ensuring only authorised personnel enter

* Assisting with deliveries and site logistics

* Using technology (such as tablets, apps, or digital sign-in systems) to record site information and manage access

* Liaising with site management and contractors as required

* Supporting general site operations as needed

Requirements

* Valid CSCS card

* Good with technology and able to use digital systems confidently

* Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently

* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

* Strong communication skills
