Position Overview:
We are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) to 2 years PQE+ Commercial Property Solicitor to join our vibrant team. If you have up to one year of post-qualification experience and are eager to grow your career in commercial property, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements.
Provide clients with clear, practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation related to commercial property matters.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and market trends in commercial property.Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 1 year experience) with a focus on commercial property law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
