This outstanding Secondary School based in Sittingbourne is looking for a progressive and supportive General cover Secondary teacher to join their team. This will be a long term role starting in October through until July. We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4. Applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed and induction support will be available.

As a cover Teacher you'll be expected to:

Hold a PGCE and UK QTS (or QTLS)
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching secondary English
To deliver general lessons to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 - 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.What New Directions Education Ltd offers:
